Sam was a pleasure to work with for our first-ever Astrophotography class at Sinks Canyon State Park. He was organized, thorough and very thoughtful during his in-class program. He was so patient and helpful with the students when we were out in the field.  Everyone got some really great shots and benefited so much from Sam's instruction. 

Sam's photography was truly amazing!  He was able to capture the stunning beauty of the night sky over Sinks Canyon State Park and help us share this magnificent resource with others.

I highly recommend Sam as a field photographer and videographer as well as project collaborator. We collaborated with Sam on a University research project that collected new drone and still imagery at our research field site. Sam was incredible to work with and the videos and images he collected are transformative for our project. He went above and beyond throughout our collaboration including leading us through the necessary drone permitting process, and he used his unique expertise as a trained scientist to help us strategize the most efficient and effective field imagery collection plan. Sam even made himself available to work with our student researchers as they integrated the field photos and videos into their projects. Sam is responsive, detail-oriented, and cares greatly about the quality of his work and his relationship with clients. We will definitely be seeking out Sam again in the future for our professional photography and videography needs. 

Working with Sam for our elopement was a great experience from start to finish. From quick connection upon inquiry, clear communication in planning and a smooth day of experience, we could feel the time and energy Sam puts into his work. We appreciated his collaborative approach to posing and shot ideas, as well as his energy and drive to produce beautiful images. As a couple who hasn't spent a lot of time in front of a camera, we felt very comfortable with Sam and it shows in our beautiful photos. I can’t recommend Sam enough for beautiful, intimate, elopement adventure needs!
